TUITION INFORMATION

INITIAL EXPENSE

A $200 application fee is due when you complete the school enrollment packet for consideration.  This fee covers review of all student educational records and evaluations provided to the school and educational consultation to review program placement options and funding with parents.  This fee is non-refundable. If educational assessments or evaluations have not been done, they may be required before a decision can be made. You will be notified if this is the case and a list of local providers will be made available to you.

At the educational consultation meeting recommendations will be made for student programming and next steps. You will also be notified of your child's acceptance at this time.

The non-refundable annual assessment fee is $300 per student. Upon acceptance into the school a tuition contract is signed and an annual $2,000 non-refundable curriculum & technology fee holds your students place in the program and covers all the textbook, technology and curriculum fees.

TUITION and PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Annual tuition per student is $22,500.00. Tuition payments are divided into 9 monthly installments of $2,500.00.  First payment is due on the first of the month beginning September through May. All payments are to be made payable to The Northwest Florida Academy, Inc. and covers the hours of instruction, 9:00 am-3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  All scholarship money is applied toward the balance due. For an example, a student receiving $15,000 in McKay or Gardiner Scholarship funds would owe the remainder amount of $7,500 for the school year and these payments are broken down into a 9 month payment option of $833.33 each month.

ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

  • Student ongoing educational progress monitoring to assessment progress in academic areas, oral language skills, and writing proficiency.
